For a shorter game, play until someone reaches 20 Bliss points

For a longer game, play until someone reaches 40 Bliss points

The game will also be significantly shorter if you end it when the Neighbor deck runs out

Making the Hand Limit 5 will give you more options during play

Playing without People in the Event Deck will shorten the game and eliminate a lot of penalties

Playing without Occasions in the Event Deck will also shorten the game and eliminate penalties

If you want a friendlier game, play without Actions in the deck

If you want a nastier game, dont use Objects in the deck

Another way to have a shorter game is to remove the card "NEW YEARS EVE"

For a full length game, remove the card "GROUNDHOG DAY"
